The EDF Group has an Ethics Booklet, a Code of Conduct, Ethics and Compliance, a Gifts and Hospitality Procedure and a Whistleblowing Channel and its tutorial for use, which are part of a series of tools that are part of the Ethics and Compliance Policy.

Ombudsman
In all its assets, the company establishes direct contact with the communities involved. Through the Ombudsman Channel, EDF Renewables receives and provides for the fulfillment of local demands. The service can take place via the Socio-Environmental Service Station, Mobile Station – where the car travels to the interested person –, messaging application and telephone.
Data protection
EDF Renewables Brasil is in a constant process of adapting to the terms of the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD). In line with Brazilian legislation, the company creates policies and processes related to the LGPD, ensuring the protection of the personal data of employees, outsourced workers and other stakeholders whose data is processed in their activities.
